Volley ball ahs started for me and it is improving for me as I keep going in my journey and at the first practice i couldn't even move it was that bad!!! LOL!!! I am in better shape and will be able to keep the calories low and still able to go out to eat 2 times a week and have lunch 2 days a week. I do try to eat healthy during the week. Occacusly i will slip but that happens to the best of us. so i hope i will do good this time. so i will be good and eat whenever i get a chance. lol
