Volley ball ahs started for me and it is improving for me as I keep going in my journey and at the first practice i couldn't even move it was that bad!!! LOL!!! I am in better shape and will be able to keep the calories low and still able to go out to eat 2 times a week and have lunch 2 days a week. I do try to eat healthy during the week. Occacusly i will slip but that happens to the best of us. so i hope i will do good this time. so i will be good and eat whenever i get a chance. lol

Ok so i know I haven't updated in a while and i am sorry for no updates but i am on the weight loss challenge with me and my mom. I mean i am a "teenager" and we gotta eat. so i ate a lot of food but for the whole week i loss 3 pounds which is good for me. I will be starting volleyball tomorrow so that will help too. That is being very active being on a team and practiceing 2 nights a wek for 2 hours. wow... what a lot of work but it is fun because "we" as in my mom and I go traviling to different spots to play volleyball. I am so excited. I will try to update soon but if not have a great TUESDAY! Mardi in French ( also take french in high school)
